Shipping Policy – Elixir Punch

At Elixir Punch, we are committed to delivering our fresh, natural drinks across the UK with a smooth and efficient shipping process. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard shipping rates apply at checkout, and UK delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elixirpunch@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

We currently only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping.
