Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elixirpunch@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.


Lost or Delayed Shipments


Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Please check with the courier service for tracking updates.
